Very impressive. After viewing your coming videos I think I would try the workout, however I do not have a heavy bag yet but I will just shadow boxing.

I’m no expert but 130 min is way tooooooo long especially since you probably don't need to go that long for the full effect. I know people like to double up on Mike's classes but I don't think it's needed.

Mike I love how you condense and deliver a fast paced yet easy to understand full body workout. You get the highest score for the "Call Out" section. Some time, I just sit and take technical or motivational notes when you teach. I will like you on FB. You are a natural teacher.

Okay so I love to go to the gym but I don't always have the time. This workouts is great for when you are home and need a strong workout. Grab a couple weights and do some jabs and front kick and situps etc. Good Militant style workout. My biggest complaint with home workout videos was that they did not have enough exercises for a strength training. This workout is different. alto of bang for your buck the price...even if they are a little expensive but worth it for the variety and a quick home workout. One other awesome Feature about the video....Once you go threw the video once and understand the workout you can choose to turn off Mike's voice during the workout and just listen to your music and watch the title pop up. Great feature. Turn on some good workout music and get to it. Would buy again. If you need a good strong workout for home and want to build up strength this is perfect. Being a guy it is hard to find a strong workout for home on a video. Seen the wifes video but they where just not my type of workout. This is a good workout for a guy or a woman.

Hi Michael – Maniac Kickboxing Crushes It – Motivation is a massive tool and you captured it in this video. If you’re trying to Change anything BUT you don't have motivation it's impossible – with this video I keep it so simple - I put it on my iPhone and workout in the park with some weights I feel so free and 100% motivated to push to my limits.?

Just throwing my two cents into the ring. I used to lift weights in my early 20s and then fell off the wagon. Stayed relatively thin and kept some semblance of fitness in a labor intensive job but wasn't in shape.

Hi Mike! Really enjoyed the video you gave. I must say, this came at just the perfect time as I am in the process of a divorce and I need to look hot again! I had the makings of a plan to workout with a trainer but the video and you style really intrigues me. So I use the video in my home 4 - 5 times a week. My new favorite workout video! The workout is fun and fast paced so by the time the end rolls around I can't believe it's already been 60 minutes. I'm a busy mom of 2 so I don't have a lot of time to spend working out so 60 minutes fits in perfectly to my schedule. I also really like the fact that it is a really class so I know it's been tested.Thanks Mike for another great Video.

I love this video - the workout is awesome and fun. I found though that the tutorial didnt seem like enough because by the time I went to do the workout I forgot how to do a lot of the combination moves properly. I've been doing the workout for about a week but I've been sticking to it because I got the hang of that one fairly quickly. I think it would be easier to understand the moves if he did one or two of the combination moves slowly while the other people did it at regular pace. Just a thought to make it seem less complicated and easier to get the hang of.

I bought this product, last night and tried it out this morning. The total workout is just over 45 minutes long. It starts with a warm-up and the the first 40 minutes of striking, power drills, and everything in between. All in All I give it a 4 out of 5 stars. I would love to see a series of workout I could use every day. But, it's a great workout!

I have burned MK to my iPhone so I can work out with this anywhere, either in my garage or at my base gym since they have a heavy bag. This is great for my cardio days since I don't have a treadmill in my garage and it's to cold to go running outside as well as a warm up before my Kettlebell workout or whatever else I am doing that day. It's also great since you are not just limited by class schedules. Was definitely a great buy.

I have the Maniac Kickboxing Workout which I ripped to my iPod and do the workout in my garage with the ear buds. I regular train in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and kickboxing, but between workouts I like to use this Workout to supplement my Jiu-Jitsu training. This has been HUGE in maintaining my stamina during training. Jiu-Jitsu class is so much easier now that I've been using Mike's Workouts.

I love Mike's Workout. I've trained in Boxing, muay Thai, BJJ. I've worked out regularly for 30 years and this is my favorite workout. I usually do the workout just shadowboxing and I do it in parks and hotel rooms and wherever I go I have a great workout.Sometimes I use on the heavy bag and XXL wavemaster bag but I shadow them occasionally too. These workouts definitely get you in great shape. Anyone can do them but you have to watch the Strikers Orienation. You will love this workout. I've done it all and this is the workout I can't do without.

I just download mine. If you have a heavy bag you need to get this workout. It will make working out funner and harder at the same time. The cardio is tremendous and will get your heart rate up quickly and bust into a heavy sweat. I own several systems including p90x, the pit-crosspit- 20s, and Insanity. I use p90x as my main workout and add everything else in the mix in between days (I dont do yoga, kempo, or stretch on p90x).. Dont get me wrong, insanity is great cardio but very repetitive and will wear your knees. The pit is also very good but it does not have as much bag work as Maniac Kickboxing. In The Pit, you will be doing lots of bodyweight pushups, squats, burpees, then throwing you on the bag which is a very effective workout on its own. But Mike's has definitely exceeded my expectations and is tremendous for getting your heart into shape. And by the way, I don't even watch the video I just listen to the audio play it let's you just concentrate on the bag.
